Winner Recruitment Ltd is recruiting Night Shift Warehouse Operatives to work in a busy parcel sorting warehouse at Hinckley, LE10 3FF. Transport to and from work is available via a trusted transport partner.

Qualifications

• Able to carry out physical work and heavy lifting
• Reliable and punctual
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Basic English communication skills
• Able to follow health and safety procedures
• Previous warehouse experience preferred
• Scanner experience beneficial
• Flexible approach to shifts and duties
• Able to work as part of a team
• No criminal convictions, as a DBS check will be required before starting

Job Description

We are recruiting Night Shift Warehouse Operatives to work in a busy parcel sorting warehouse.

Your duties will include:

• Sorting parcels into the correct areas

• Loading and unloading parcels

• Scanning parcels using handheld scanners

• Moving and preparing parcels for dispatch

• Manual handling and regular heavy lifting

• Working in a fast-paced warehouse environment

Please note: This is a physically demanding role involving repetitive lifting and handling of heavy parcels throughout the shift.

Pay

• £12.71-£15.01 per hour
