Qualifications

• Strong understanding of transport legislation and logistics operations.
• Ability to build positive relationships under pressure and maintain professionalism.
• Confident decision-making skills when the Depot Manager is unavailable.
• Quick problem-solving ability and adaptability to changing situations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Competent in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and oversee daily delivery and installation runs.
• Monitor operations and resolve issues promptly.
• Check vehicles for security, legality, and compliance.
• Complete daily reports for the Depot Manager.
• Support and guide drivers professionally.
• Conduct alcohol testing when required.
• Manage transhipping and reloads smoothly.
• Debrief vehicles returning from delivery and installation.
