Job summary

JD Logistics (JINGDONG Logistics) is seeking a hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to drive daily operations at our site in the United Kingdom. You will oversee goods receiving, put-away, picking, packing, dispatch, and stock replenishment, ensuring SOPs and safety standards are followed.

You’ll lead warehouse operatives and agency staff, coordinate with cross-functional teams, monitor KPIs, and promote health and safety across chilled and frozen environments.

Qualifications

• Proven experience supervising warehouse teams in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong communication and people management skills.
• Ability to monitor and improve operational performance.
• Knowledge of health and safety requirements in warehouse environments.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse activities: goods receiving, put-away, storage, picking, packing, dispatch, and stock replenishment.
• Ensure operations follow SOPs, GDP where applicable, and food safety requirements; monitor shift workflow and labour allocation.
• Assist with inventory control, cycle counts, stock investigations, and reconciliations; ensure FIFO/FEFO where applicable.
