Job summary

Abbey Healthcare in Romford is seeking a full-time Registered Nurse to cover day shifts in a Purpose-built Nursing Home. The role includes full training with paid breaks, uniform provision, and 5.6 weeks annual leave including bank holidays.

You will contribute to the home's philosophy of care and encourage resident involvement in their care. The ideal candidate is an RN with experience in elderly care, has English proficiency, and holds UK work authorisation with NMC registration.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assess service users' care needs and document care plans.
• Take charge of the Home in the absence of the person with continuing responsibility.
• Undertake on-call duties when required.
• Maintain nursing records and ensure safe drug administration as per policy.
• Promote effective communication among staff and professionals.
