Job summary

Bearehill Care Home, Brechin, seeks a Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN) with an active NMC PIN to deliver high-quality, clinically led care across shifts. You will lead the care team, ensure safety and person-centred practice, and maintain accurate documentation.

The role offers ongoing training with funded development and clear progression into Senior, Clinical Lead and Management roles, plus PVG funding, a company pension and uniform provided, and 5.6 weeks of annual leave on a full-time contract.

Qualifications

• Active NMC PIN required.
• Experience in care home or clinical setting preferred.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Ability to assess needs and develop care plans.

Responsibilities
