Job summary

Energy Jobline CVL is seeking a Maintenance Engineer to join a stable, growing business. You’ll help maintain production equipment to operate safely, efficiently, and reliably, supporting continuous improvement across the site.

The role offers a Monday to Friday day shift with excellent earning potential through overtime. As a Multi Skilled Engineer, you’ll perform planned maintenance, respond to breakdowns, diagnose faults, and work with the production team to optimise machine performance.

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) across a wide range of production machinery.
• Respond quickly to mechanical and electrical breakdowns to minimise downtime.
• Diagnose faults using a systematic approach and implement effective repairs.
• Maintain and repair conveyors, robotics, automated production lines, and associated machinery.
• Ensure all maintenance activities are accurately recorded and follow-up actions are completed.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to increase reliability, efficiency, quality, and safety across the site.
• Work collaboratively with production teams to resolve equipment issues and optimise machine performance.
• Assist with machine changeovers, installations, and commissioning of new equipment where required.
