Qualifications

• Proven pneumatic, hydraulic, mechanical and electrical knowledge.
• Experience of working in a continuous manufacturing process.
• Experience in writing SOPs/Method statements.

Responsibilities

• Installation and preventative maintenance on production equipment.
• Responding to emergency machine breakdowns.
• Using a planned maintenance system daily.

Skills

Electrical and/or mechanical engineering qualification

Pneumatic knowledge

Hydraulic knowledge

Mechanical knowledge

Electrical knowledge incl. PLCs

Experience with TPM or preventative maintenance systems

Good IT skills

Education

HNC/HND Level qualification

Electrical and/or mechanical engineering apprenticeship
