Gloucester Charities Trust is hiring a Shift Leader (days) for Magdalen House, a 29-bed residential care home in Gloucester. The role focuses on medication administration, safeguarding residents’ wellbeing, and leading day-to-day care operations.

You will work 36 hours per week with pay at £16.00 per hour, plus £1.00 per hour on weekends, and enjoy a range of benefits including holidays, pension, and training opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in medication administration.
• NVQ/QCF Level 3 in Health and Social Care or working towards Level 3.

Responsibilities

• Lead Shift Leader duties during day shifts at Magdalen House.
• Support residents with health and wellbeing needs.
• Coordinate care team and ensure high standards of care.
