CBW Staffing Solutions Ltd. seeks an experienced Shift Supervisor for a City of London contract with a days-only shift. You will lead a team of engineers, manage PPM and reactive maintenance, and ensure service delivery aligns with KPIs and SLAs.

Qualifications

• Experienced Shift Leader or Engineering Supervisor seeking days-only work.
• Proven ability to supervise multi-skilled engineers across a contract.
• Strong client-facing skills and professional conduct.
• Knowledge of health and safety standards and site compliance.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage a team of multi-skilled engineers across the contract.
• Oversee all planned preventative maintenance and reactive maintenance.
• Ensure tasks meet KPIs and SLAs.
• Allocate and coordinate works across the engineering team.
• Provide technical support and guidance to engineers.
• Manage specialist subcontractors safely and to a high standard.
• Maintain site logbooks and up-to-date maintenance documentation.
• Uphold health and safety standards across activities.
• Ensure statutory and contractual compliance requirements are met.
• Monitor electrical, HVAC and general building services.
• Assist with fault-finding and technical issues on site.
• Develop strong relationships with client and contract team.
• Attend client and operational meetings as required.
• Support contract performance and commercial requirements.
