Job summary

GXO Logistics in Swindon is hiring a Class 1 Driver to join our client City Plumbing. This is a full-time, permanent role with Monday to Friday shifts starting between 04:00 and 07:00. The position offers a competitive salary and ongoing CPC training to support your development.

We expect a full UK driving licence with C+E entitlement, at least 1 year of Class 1 driving experience and no more than six penalty points. CPC and digital tachograph are required to stay compliant.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence with C+E entitlement.
• Minimum 1 year Class 1 driving experience.
• No more than six penalty points (No TT, IN, DD, DR, or DG endorsements).
• Up-to-date CPC and digital tachograph.

Responsibilities

• 3 to 4 drops per day.
• Operate the vehicle in a safe and legal manner after ensuring it is loaded correctly prior to leaving site (No Handball Required).
• Ensure all documentation is completed accurately and in line with company policy.
• Operate automated lift decks as required on a day‑to‑day basis.
