Job summary

Staffpower Group in Swindon is seeking a reliable Class 1 HGV Driver to join a busy trunking operation. Expect 10–12 hour shifts, typically 2–3 drops per shift, with late starts from 2:30pm and a modern fleet.

You’ll need a valid Class 1 (C+E) licence, Driver CPC and a Digital Tachograph Card; newly qualified drivers welcome. This temp-to-perm role offers £15.71 per hour PAYE and overtime after 45 hours.

• Valid Class 1 (C+E) licence and Driver CPC.

Responsibilities

• Trunking deliveries between company sites.
• Typically 2-3 drops per shift.
• Cargo loaded by FLT operators - no heavy handball.
• Position vehicle for loading/unloading.
• Late shift: 2:30pm start.
• 10-12 hour shifts.
