We specialise in Vegan Soy based products such as tofu, tempeh & seitan and bake a huge range of Organic, Specialty and 'Free From' bread on a daily basis. Role Description

This is a full-time (36-44 Hours) on-site role for a Day Shift Assistant Baker at Soyfoods Ltd located in Melton Mowbray. The Assistant Baker will be responsible for bakery tasks including preparation and baking bread on a daily basis.

The Successful candidate will:

• Work methodically and maintain excellent organisational standards.
• Deliver high-quality results under pressure with attention to detail.
• Work independently and communicate confidently with the team.
• Adapt to possible overtime during busy periods.

Qualifications

• Bakery and Baking skills
• Previous experience in a bakery or food production setting
• Attention to detail and time-management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• A positive, can-do attitude and strong work ethic.
• Energetic, organised, and flexible team players.
• Food hygiene certification is a plus
• Salary negotiable dependent on experience
