Your Role - Baker

We are seeking a Baker looking for the next challenge to lead and develop a strong bakery team. As part of the production and sales team, you'll help create our magical wall of bread each morning and motivate the sales team to help it fly off the shelves. Your leadership and positive attitude will support all aspects of bakery operations, so be ready to roll up your sleeves and dive in!

What Your Day Looks Like

1. Work as part of a small team to provide an exceptional product and customer experience.
2. Collaborate with your team to keep the bakery clean.
3. Foster a positive environment that promotes teamwork, mutual respect, and high performance.
4. Assist with local community events and bread donations as part of our ‘End of Day Giving’ program.

Physical Requirements

• Continuous standing and walking during tasks.
• Constant use of both hands.
• Frequent lifting and carrying up to 7.5 kg, reaching below shoulder level, bending, and turning.
• Occasional lifting and carrying up to 22 kg, pushing, pulling, crouching, bending, and reaching above shoulder level.
