Crerar Hotels invites applications for a Day Porter & Concierge across our Scottish hotels and Lake District locations. This full-time position involves porterage, guest services, and supporting reception, housekeeping and F&B teams to deliver exceptional hospitality.

You may act as duty manager, oversee function-room setups, assist with guest requests, and cover night management when needed. Present yourself professionally and take pride in high standards of service.

Responsibilities

• Support reception, housekeeping and food & beverage teams with porterage and guest services.
• Oversee security, set up function rooms for events, and store furniture and equipment.
• Assist guests with food & beverage needs and guest requests.
• Act as duty manager when required and provide night shift cover.
