Job summary

Crerar Hotels is seeking a Night Porter to work across our Scotland locations. You will oversee the night desk from 11pm to 7am, ensure security, set up rooms for events, store furniture and equipment, and assist guests with night-time needs while supporting other teams as required.

Previous night hotel experience is preferred and a strong commitment to guest service will make a real impact on the guest experience during the night shift.

Qualifications

• Previous night experience in a hotel is preferred.
• Strong commitment to guest service and safety.
• Willingness to support cleaning, bar and reception teams as needed.

Responsibilities

• Manage night desk from 11pm to 7am and ensure smooth operations.
• Oversee security and end-of-day procedures.
• Set up function rooms for events and store furniture/equipment.
• Assist guests with night-time food and beverage needs.
• May act as duty manager when required.
