FPMR Ltd is seeking a Night Concierge for a residential development in London. The role is Friday and Saturday nights, 10pm–8am, with an immediate start and a clear path to permanent employment for the right candidate.

You will provide a welcoming, secure and well-presented service to residents and visitors, while performing patrols, monitoring CCTV and assisting with deliveries and general concierge duties in a high-quality environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional front-of-house service to residents and visitors.
• Monitor access and follow security procedures.
• Carry out regular checks and patrols.
• Respond to resident and visitor queries at night.

• Assist with deliveries and other concierge duties.
• Complete handovers and maintain records.
• Report maintenance, security or health & safety concerns.
• Ensure reception and communal areas stay clean and presentable.

Night Concierge - Temp to Perm

Location: London
Salary: £14.80 per hour (London Living Wage)
Hours: Friday & Saturday, 10pm-8am
Contract: Temporary to Permanent
Start Date: ASAP

We are looking for a professional and reliable Night Concierge to join a residential development in London W9 on a Friday and Saturday night shift pattern, with the opportunity to move into a permanent position for the right person.

The Role

Working as part of the front-of-house team, you will be responsible for providing a professional and welcoming service to residents and visitors, while ensuring the building is secure and well-presented throughout the night.

Duties will include:

• Providing a professional and friendly front-of-house service to residents and visitors

• Monitoring access to the building and following site security procedures

• Carrying out regular checks and patrols of the building

• Responding to resident and visitor queries during the night

• Monitoring CCTV and reporting any issues appropriately

• Assisting with deliveries and other general concierge duties

• Completing handovers and maintaining accurate records

• Reporting any maintenance, security or health & safety concerns

• Ensuring the reception and communal areas remain clean, tidy and presentable

• Working closely with the wider onsite team
