Job summary

TristoneNash is recruiting for a Day Opportunities Manager to lead a team delivering community-based day services for people they support. The role focuses on creating meaningful opportunities for individuals to connect with their communities, learn new skills, and live more independently.

You will oversee service delivery across multiple locations, promote dignity and wellbeing, and develop person-centered plans to help individuals reach their full potential. Regional travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience managing day services for people with learning disabilities.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, coach, and develop your team.
• Excellent communication with team and external partners.
• A proactive attitude and passion for driving continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Leading the delivery of day opportunities services across multiple locations.
• Working with the team to provide care that promotes dignity, independence, and well-being.
• Supporting the development of person-focused plans that help individuals reach their full potential.
• Leading and supporting a team that's dedicated to creating meaningful activities and outcomes.
• Working with local authorities and other partners to identify new business opportunities.
• Developing and delivering training to ensure the team meets required standards and compliance.
