Jordan's Cereals is looking for a Multi-Skilled Operative at our Biggleswade site. This role involves effective set up and operation of the bars process and packing line on a Day/Night shift pattern of 6am-6pm or 6pm-6am.

Qualifications

• Previous experience of working within a food production environment.
• Team working skills and examples of good relationships with peers and managers.
• Understanding of the importance of effective shift handovers.

• Engage in training and support to develop and improve skill level.
• Maintain product and packaging quality while minimizing waste.
• Follow SOPs, prioritize safety, and ensure cleanliness.
• Assist with handling raw materials and operation of machinery.
