Job summary

Residential Management Group in London is seeking a Concierge to welcome residents and guests, conduct regular checks, and manage deliveries while ensuring the building is safe and pleasant to live in.

The role operates on a full-time, 4 on 4 off rota with 7am–7pm shifts; it emphasizes exceptional customer service, reliability, and professional conduct within a busy residential setting.

About the Role

We're looking for a professional and personable Concierge to join our team at RMG. As the first point of contact for residents and visitors, you'll be the welcoming face of the development, delivering outstanding customer service and ensuring the building remains a safe, secure, and pleasant place to live.

Where will I be working?

Full time at our Chelsea creek site, London, SW6

Rota

Days - 4 on 4 off rolling rota – 7 AM to 7 PM

What You'll Be Doing

• Providing a warm, professional welcome to all residents and guests


• Conducting regular building checks and patrols ensuring communal areas are clean and secure


• Handling queries, complaints, and emergencies with calm and courtesy


• Monitoring CCTV and managing visitor access


• Managing deliveries and post in line with company procedures
