Job summary

Places for People is seeking a friendly Concierge at our Chelsea Creek site in London. You will be the first point of contact for residents and visitors, delivering excellent customer service while keeping the building safe and welcoming.

As part of a 4 on 4 off rota, you'll perform building checks, monitor access, handle queries and emergencies calmly, and coordinate deliveries in line with company procedures. Great communication, reliability and a smart, present appearance are essential.

Qualifications

• Front of House experience in residential or hospitality settings.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Calm, courteous and professional under pressure.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Honest, reliable, punctual and well-presented.
• Able to use initiative and prioritise workload.
• Confident handling complaints and difficult situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide a warm, professional welcome to residents and guests.
• Conduct regular building checks and patrols to keep communal areas clean and secure.
• Handle queries, complaints and emergencies with calm and courtesy.
• Monitor CCTV and manage visitor access.
• Manage deliveries and post in line with company procedures.

About the Role

We're looking for a professional and personable Concierge to join our team at RMG. As the first point of contact for residents and visitors, you'll be the welcoming face of the development, delivering outstanding customer service and ensuring the building remains a safe, secure, and pleasant place to live.

Where will I be working?

Full time at our Chelsea creek site, London, SW6

Rota

Days - 4 on 4 off rolling rota – 7 AM to 7 PM

What You'll Be Doing

• Providing a warm, professional welcome to all residents and guests
• Conducting regular building checks and patrols ensuring communal areas are clean and secure
• Handling queries, complaints, and emergencies with calm and courtesy
• Monitoring CCTV and managing visitor access
• Managing deliveries and post in line with company procedures
• Issuing and logging keys responsibly
• Proactively addressing cleaning and maintenance issues
