MHA seeks a dedicated Care Assistant (Days) at Chapel Fields, Frodsham. You will provide compassionate personal and social care, supporting residents with dignity and independence.

You will work as a keyworker for rotating groups, contributing to care plans and ensuring safety and well-being. Join a values-driven team with strong support, training opportunities, DBS process, and a welcoming culture that prioritises residents and staff wellbeing.

Qualifications

• Respect and sensitivity for older people.
• Willingness to be trained (Level 1 or 2 in social care encouraged).
• Good communication and listening skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Caring nature with patience and empathy.
• Experience not essential but desirable.
• Flexibility across a rota, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Act as a keyworker for a group of residents and support admissions.
• Develop and review individual care plans, including dementia care.
• Provide personal and social care per care plans to promote wellbeing.
• Uphold safeguarding, infection control and health & safety practices.
