Responsibilities

• Engage with senior business and technology stakeholders to identify business problems and value pools, translating needs into Databricks-led solution designs.
• Shape end-to-end solutions using Databricks Platform, Delta Lake, Apache Spark, and related tools.
• Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing team of engineers and consultants.
• Land into client environments, mobilise delivery, and ensure successful Databricks-led transformations.
• Collaborate with alliance leadership to identify joint go-to-market opportunities and co-sell initiatives.
