What does the role involve?

As a Terms and Database Team Leader, you'll be supporting and leading the team whose main focus is to maintain the vehicle database for all surrounding teams and ensuring all data on vehicles is accurate and correct. You'll also communicate withmanufacturers and dealerships from time to time, extracting and clarifying key data and any vehicle discounts.

Some of your key duties will include:

• Allocation of workload and management of SLAs
• Managing the team inbox for internal and external queries
• Keeping the quoting system up to date for customers
• Applying accurate discounts to vehicles
• Analysing and extracting data from report spreadsheets
• Develop and maintaining professional working relationships with all suppliers and manufacturers

What are we looking for?

You're passionate about people management and enjoy working within a task-drivenenvironment. You take real pride in your keen eye for detail and ability to ensure things are correct, always keeping systems and documentation up to date and maintaining accuracy within the team.

Also, we're looking for the following:

• Ability to lead and coach colleagues
• Strong IT literacy, particularly experienced with Excel
• Able to take a pragmatic approach to problem solving
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
