As part of our Database and IR support team, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring seamless access to crucial investment documents. This role is suitable for candidates with experience in client-facing document management systems, first-line support, data analysis, and strong technical skills.

Your Responsibilities

  1. Manage the Investor Portal by maintaining user access and ensuring timely document uploads.
  2. Support client onboarding by setting up fund, client, and user access efficiently.
  3. Maintain data integrity through client and fund setup organization and document management.
  4. Assist in the investment process by managing capital activity data.
  5. Provide first-class client support via a ticketing system, resolving queries related to logins, user setup, and document access.
  6. Collaborate with teams such as Tax, Finance, Client Reporting, Investor Relations, and Marketing to optimize document processes.
  7. Support system upgrades and process improvements to enhance efficiency.

Your Experience

  • Experience with document management and client-facing systems (first-line support).
  • Proficiency in Excel (intermediate to expert level).
  • Experience with Power BI or similar tools (highly desired).
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Attention to detail and a service-oriented approach.
  • Proactive problem-solving attitude.
