We seek a Family Support Coordinator to deliver a post-diagnostic Family Support service for parents and carers of children and young people with Autism Spectrum Disorder in Lambeth and Southwark. The role involves working closely with health teams in both boroughs to provide information, advice, and support.
This is a fixed-term position ending in March 2026, offering 37 hours per week. It is primarily home-based, with occasional travel required.
