We have an excellent position available for a Database and Digital Development Officer in Huddersfield. In this role, you will champion and actively develop the use and implementation of MS Office “apps” to improve process effectiveness and solve user-defined issues. About the role

As a Database and Digital Development Officer, you will become the key ‘super user’ of our client’s databases and help increase their digital capabilities by developing MS Office apps, SharePoint, etc. Your key duties include:

  • Optimising databases and engaging with users for support
  • Developing and expanding Office 365 applications
  • Providing organisational reporting
About you

The role requires a satisfactory DBS disclosure and the following skills and qualifications:

  • Experience in a modern digital workplace, using digital tools collaboratively
  • Proven database management skills, including Access, Excel, Word
  • Up-to-date knowledge of Office 365, data analysis, and database management
  • Ability to extract, analyze, interpret, and present data
  • Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
  • Commitment to business development
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Minimum of 5 GCSE passes at Grade C or above, including Maths and English
Rewards

The role offers 27 days of holiday plus statutory bank holidays for a 37.5-hour week. Salary ranges from £21,513 to £24,745 per annum, depending on experience. Benefits include:
