About The Role

Are you organised and do you enjoy administrative tasks? Do you want to be part of a team, providing administration support to staff and volunteers raising funds for Alzheimer’s Society? If so, this could be the role for you.

In this role, you will provide key day-to-day administrative support such as sending and receiving emails, making telephone calls, and engaging with supporters. You will also research information, update databases, and promote fundraising activities in the community. We ask for a commitment of 3-5 hours per week.

What you will be doing:

  • Performing various administrative tasks such as managing mail and making telephone calls.
  • Updating our fundraising supporter database and engaging with existing supporters.
  • Researching the local community for potential new supporters including community groups, companies, and educational establishments.
  • Sharing information and promoting local fundraising activities both virtually and in person.
