Job summary

Baywater Healthcare in Crewe is seeking a Data Validation Specialist on a 12-month fixed-term contract to join our Data Management Team.

You'll maintain patient and operational data in our Patient Management System, run data validation activities, resolve discrepancies, and support month-end invoicing and reporting.

The role requires strong Excel skills, analytical mindset, attention to detail, and good communication; we value collaborative work with Clinical Leads and other teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in data management, validation, or administration processes.
• Advanced Excel skills with large datasets.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate patient and operational data in the Patient Management System.
• Manage data validation activities and resolve data discrepancies.
• Investigate and fix failed system jobs and address delivery exceptions.
• Support month-end invoicing and reporting to ensure accuracy.
• Collaborate with Clinical Leads and teams to resolve data queries.
• Assist Data Validation Lead and contribute to continuous improvement.
