Baywater Healthcare in Crewe is seeking a Data Validation Specialist on a 12-month fixed-term contract to join our Data Management Team.

You'll maintain patient and operational data in our Patient Management System, run data validation activities, resolve discrepancies, and support month-end invoicing and reporting.

The role requires strong Excel skills, analytical mindset, attention to detail, and good communication; we value collaborative work with Clinical Leads and other teams.

We're looking for a Data Validation Specialist to join our Data Management Team on a 12-month fixed-term contract covering maternity leave.In this role, you'll play a key part in ensuring the integrity, accuracy, and quality of patient and operational data within our Patient Management System. Your work will directly support operational efficiency, contractual compliance, and the delivery of exceptional patient care.This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with large volumes of data, solving problems, and collaborating with stakeholders across the business.Each day is different so you’ll need to be adaptable and flexible but because of this you will truly be appreciated by your customers, patients, and team.What You Will Be Doing:As a Data Validation Specialist, your responsibilities will include:• Maintaining accurate patient and operational data within our Patient Management System.• Processing and managing data validation activities and resolving data discrepancies.• Investigating and resolving failed system jobs, delivery exceptions, holdings discrepancies, and change of address requests.• Supporting month-end activities to ensure accurate invoicing and reporting.• Producing high-quality internal and external reports in line with contractual requirements.• Working closely with Clinical Leads and operational teams to resolve data queries efficiently.• Supporting ongoing projects and continuous improvement initiatives within the Data Management Team.• Providing support to the Data Validation Lead as required.About You:We know that sometimes people can be put off applying for a job if they don’t tick every box.
