Job summary

Solace Women's Aid seeks a Data & Technology Project Lead to establish and manage the data and technology infrastructure for an innovative multi-agency programme involving charities and NHS Trusts.

The postholder will lead commissioning, procurement, and implementation of digital solutions, such as referral, triage and screening tools, and ensure these are embedded effectively across partners to reduce waiting times and improve access.

Qualifications

• Degree in IT, Data Management, Health Informatics, Project Management or equivalent, or equivalent experience.
• Strong knowledge of information governance, NHS digital frameworks, data protection and compliance.
• Experience designing and embedding systems in low-resource or start-up settings.

Responsibilities

• Establish and manage data and technology infrastructure for a multi-agency programme with charities and NHS Trusts.
• Lead commissioning, procurement and implementation of digital solutions (referral, triage, screening tools) and ensure embedding across partners.
• Bridge service delivery goals with digital implementation to reduce waiting times and improve access.
• Coordinate stakeholders across complex partnerships and translate technical requirements into practical, joined-up solutions.
