Job summary

Solace Women’s Aid is seeking a Data & Technology Project Lead to establish and manage data/tech infrastructure for the Enhanced Mental Health Pathfinders Alliance. You will lead commissioning, procurement and implementation of digital tools across charities and NHS Trusts to reduce waiting times and improve access.

The role requires strategic yet hands-on leadership, governance expertise, and the ability to bridge service delivery goals with digital implementation in a collaborative,

Qualifications

• Degree in IT/health informatics or equivalent experience.
• Experience designing and embedding systems in low-resource or start-up settings.
• Strong knowledge of information governance and NHS digital frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Lead the commissioning, procurement and implementation of digital solutions across partners.
• Establish and manage data and technology infrastructure for the EMHP Alliance.
• Coordinate stakeholders across complex partnerships and translate technical requirements into safe, joined-up services.
