Job summary

Solace Women's Aid is seeking a Data & Technology Project Lead to establish and manage the data and technology infrastructure for an innovative multi-agency programme involving charities and NHS Trusts.

You will lead commissioning, procurement and implementation of digital tools, embed them across partners to reduce waiting times and improve access, bridging service delivery with digital solutions.

About the Service

Solace are one of seven members of the Enhanced Mental Health Pathfinder (EMHP) Alliance. The EMHP Alliance aims to improve care for adult victims and survivors of sexual assault and abuse with multiple complex trauma-related mental health needs, enabling recovery, healing and long-term wellbeing. To achieve this, the Pathfinder will strengthen collaboration between statutory and voluntary sector services, improve identification of complex trauma-related needs and develop the capacity and pathways required to deliver timely, sustained and trauma informed support.

About the Role

We are seeking a highly capable Data & Technology Project Lead to establish and manage the data and technology infrastructure for an innovative multi-agency programme involving charities and NHS Trusts, known as the Enhanced Mental Health Pathfinders Alliance.

The postholder will lead the commissioning, procurement, and implementation of digital solutions, such as referral, triage and screening tools, and ensure these are embedded effectively across partners to reduce waiting times and improve access. This role requires a strategic yet hands-on professional who can bridge service delivery goals with digital implementation, enabling collaborative, secure, and user-led systems that support programme growth.

About You

We are looking for an experienced and proactive professional to lead and support our digital, data, and systems development.

You will combine strategic leadership with practical implementation skills, bringing experience of designing and embedding systems in low-resource or start-up settings. You have a strong knowledge of information governance, NHS digital frameworks, data protection and compliance requirements, alongside the ability to establish effective data-sharing systems and governance protocols. Confident in managing projects and programmes, you will be able to coordinate stakeholders across complex partnerships and translate technical requirements into practical, safe and joined-up service solutions.

You’ll hold a degree in an IT, Data Manager, Health Informatics, Project Management or related field, or qualified by experience.
