Job summary

Solace Women's Aid is seeking a Data & Technology Project Lead to establish and manage the data and technology infrastructure for an innovative multi-agency programme involving charities and NHS Trusts.

You will lead commissioning, procurement and implementation of digital tools, embed them across partners to reduce waiting times and improve access, bridging service delivery with digital solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and embedding systems in low-resource or start-up settings.
• Strong knowledge of information governance and data protection requirements.
• Ability to coordinate stakeholders across complex partnerships and translate technical needs into practical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the data and technology strategy for a multi-agency programme with charities and NHS Trusts.
• Oversee commissioning, procurement and implementation of digital tools; ensure embedding across partners.
• Bridge service delivery goals with digital implementation to improve access and reduce waiting times.
