Nationwide is recruiting for a data-focused role within its Business Banking function, based in Glasgow with hybrid working. You will support the Business Data Team, manage data initiatives, and deliver analytics with a focus on governance, insights, and strategy.

You will collaborate with stakeholders across the Society to drive data-driven decision making, apply advanced analytics, and help shape a cohesive data strategy aligned with regulatory and risk objectives.

Qualifications

• Experience in building complex data analytics with high levels of automation and controls.
• Strong ability to translate business needs into analytic solutions.
• Excellent communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support initiatives and integration across Business Banking data landscape.
• Develop data-led analytics to inform strategy and personalisation, including exploration of responsible AI use.
