Job summary

Barclays, based in Glasgow, seeks a Data and Records Governance Manager to strengthen its data governance across regulatory and business priorities. Qualifications

• Identification and documentation of Critical Data Elements (CDEs)
• Design and operation of data quality controls
• Delivery of end‑to‑end data lineage across source to report layers
• Experience in data governance frameworks and policies

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a comprehensive data and records governance framework
• Monitor data quality metrics and compliance with standards
• Identify data and records risks and gaps and address them
• Lead or contribute to a records management programme for lifecycle handling
• Define and implement a data governance strategy aligned with business objectives
• Provide guidance and training on Data and Records Management standards
