Job summary

MGOMD seeks a Data Solutions Director to steer the design, delivery and optimisation of data solutions for multiple client accounts. You will define standards, onboard new projects, and ensure scalable governance and dashboards across teams.

You will mentor data professionals, partner with stakeholders to translate requirements into actionable data products, and lead end-to-end BI initiatives with a focus on quality and business impact.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience building and managing BI dashboard projects.
• Ability to lead data delivery projects across multiple client accounts.
• Strong understanding of data governance, architecture and analytics best practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, delivery and optimisation of data solutions across client accounts.
• Define data delivery standards, frameworks and KPIs.
• Oversee onboarding of new clients and projects with scalable processes.
• Prioritise resources and manage delivery milestones.
• Ensure operational excellence and repeatable data delivery processes across teams.
• Partner with client data/media teams and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into data solutions.
• Serve as trusted advisor on data architecture, governance and analytics.
• Facilitate workshops and requirements sessions for dashboards and solution recommendations.
• Communicate complex concepts clearly to business stakeholders and drive alignment.
• Identify risks early with mitigation strategies and escalation paths.
• Own end-to-end lifecycle of dashboard development and BI product roadmap.
• Mentor junior team members and promote data literacy across the organisation.
• Lead scoping, estimation and commercial modelling for data projects and SOWs.
