Job summary

MarketCast is seeking a Data Scientist II to drive data-driven marketing insights and advanced analytics for leading media, entertainment, and lifestyle brands. You will translate complex consumer data into actionable recommendations, build ML models, and design dashboards for stakeholders.

Based in the UK with hybrid work options, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, guide junior members, and ensure timely delivery of client projects while advancing our data science capabilities

Qualifications

• 5+ years of data science experience with client projects.
• Independent project management and client engagement.
• Strong SQL, Python & Pandas proficiency.
• Experience deploying ML models to production.
• Ability to design data visualisations and dashboards.
• Understanding of marketing effectiveness data is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead to define and implement solutions for client problems.
• Support growth of team members.
• Evaluate improvements to ways of working.
• Manage client relationships independently.
• Manage large multi-stakeholder projects.
• Develop and deploy ML models beyond basic features.
• Deploy and evaluate results from ML models in production.
• Guide junior team members in model development.
• Use Python, SQL and Streamlit for reporting on AWS data platform.
