Accenture Song is seeking a Customer Data Strategy Consultant to help clients maximise value from their data. You will shape strategies across collection, unification and activation of customer data, and guide the design and deployment of data platforms and governance frameworks.

The role blends business strategy with data architecture, AI capability and strong stakeholder management, delivering measurable outcomes and client value. London or Manchester, hybrid working options likely.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer data strategy, data architecture, product management, or a related consulting discipline.
• Deep understanding of the modern customer data ecosystem including CDPs, MDM, CRM, and data warehousing.
• Knowledge of cloud data platforms (Azure, GCP, AWS) and modern data architecture patterns.
• Ability to build business cases, develop roadmaps, and communicate value to senior stakeholders.
• Familiar with AI applications in customer engagement and governance/compliance basics.

Responsibilities

• Shape Customer Data Strategy and define how data is collected, unified, and activated.
• Lead design and implementation of Customer Data Platforms and related ecosystems.
• Bridge AI ambition with data reality and define measurable business outcomes.
• Define and manage data products, roadmaps, KPIs, and iterative delivery.
• Engage senior clients, facilitate workshops, and drive proposals and business development.
