Qualifications

• Experience leading a team in relationship management or client services.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Data Relationship Managers.
• Oversee stakeholder engagement and relationship management.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of new team members.
• Foster a positive, collaborative, and high-performing team culture.
• Build and maintain relationships with key data partners and industry stakeholders.
• Act as an escalation point for complex stakeholder enquiries and relationship challenges.
• Monitor team performance, engagement metrics, and operational effectiveness.
• Ensure accurate maintenance of CRM records, reporting, and data quality standards.
