Job summary

Dun & Bradstreet is hiring a London-based Relationship Manager to partner with leading financial services clients. You will drive revenue through renewals, cross-sell and upsell, acting as a strategic advisor and leveraging data, analytics, and technology solutions to deliver measurable outcomes.

You will manage both new and existing accounts, build trusted relationships, and collaborate with Solutions Sales and Client Success teams to retain clients and grow the portfolio.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience in an account management role.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on Dun & Bradstreet solutions to meet business goals.
• Renew existing business and grow revenue through cross-sell and upsell.
• Develop and manage a proactive customer base within a defined portfolio.
• Lead end-to-end deal negotiation, contracting, and approvals.
• Maintain an active sales pipeline to meet annual quotas.
• Ensure data accuracy in CRM and collaborate with success teams.
