Job summary

JSS, a banking specialist in London, is seeking a Process Analyst (Data Quality & Process Mapping) for a hybrid role. You will drive enterprise data quality transformation and map end-to-end processes to ensure trusted data.

You will bridge business SMEs, technology teams, and data owners, translating operations into BPMN diagrams and supporting governance initiatives across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in business process analysis or process engineering within financial services.
• Identify and define Critical Data Elements (CDE) within mapped processes.
• Strong proficiency in process mapping tools.
• Data literacy: develop data element mappings, data dictionaries, or metadata specifications.
• Knowledge of data governance concepts including data quality, data definitions, data lineage, ownership, and controls.

Responsibilities

• Map end-to-end business processes to ensure trusted, well-governed data.
• Bridge between business SMEs, technology teams, and data owners.
• Translate operational processes into structured BPMN models.
