Job summary

JSS in London is seeking an experienced Process Analyst to drive data quality transformation within a banking environment. You will combine business analysis, process engineering, and data governance to map end-to-end processes after a centralisation into Google Cloud Platform.

You will bridge business SMEs, technology teams, and data owners, translating operations into BPMN models and supporting practical data definitions, lineage and controls. Hybrid role with three days in the office.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in business process analysis or process engineering within financial services.
• Experience identifying and defining Critical Data Elements (CDE) within mapped processes.
• Strong proficiency with process mapping tools.
• Experience developing data element mappings, data dictionaries, or metadata specifications.
• Understanding data governance concepts including data quality, definitions, lineage, ownership, and controls.

Responsibilities

• Map end-to-end business processes to ensure trusted, well-governed data post-GCP centralisation.
• Translate operational processes into structured BPMN models for tech and data owners.
• Act as bridge between business SMEs, technology teams, and data owners.
