Job summary

Arch Capital Group Ltd. is seeking an experienced Data Quality Lead to own the data quality issue lifecycle across the London Market. You will coordinate with UK-based data owners, SMEs and operations to translate technical findings into clear business terms.

The role requires 5+ years in data quality or related fields, leadership of offshore analysts, and a strong background in data governance, SQL, Excel and data quality tooling. This is a full-time position based in London.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a highly analytical discipline.
• 5+ years in data quality, data analysis, MDM, or similar roles.
• Experience leading or mentoring junior or offshore analysts.
• Experience within specialty insurance and the London Market.
• Exposure to root cause analysis, issue management tooling, and data governance practices.

Responsibilities

• Oversee triage, root-cause analysis, assignment, resolution and closure of data issues.
• Ensure SLAs are met, blockers escalated and stakeholders updated.
• Lead offshore Data Quality Analysts with daily direction and quality oversight.
• Work with UK-based data owners, SMEs, and operations teams.
• Drive data quality improvements, standards, lineage and monitoring dashboards.
• Produce weekly/monthly DQ reporting and support governance forums.
