• Experience leading and developing a professional advisory/consultancy team.

• Take ownership of day‑to‑day performance of the helpdesk and ensure queries and service requests are resolved within agreed standards.
• Lead, motivate and develop a team of Data Protection Consultants, providing coaching and oversight.
• Review work and provide constructive feedback to ensure accuracy and consistency.
