Job summary

The Crown Prosecution Service is recruiting an Associate Corporate Knowledge Information Manager across England and Wales. If you’re looking for a career with real purpose, this is an opportunity for you.

You will ensure departments comply with the Data Protection Act 2018, UK GDPR, FOIA 2000 and the Public Records Act 1958, and help people understand how their data is used, meeting legal requirements and the expectations of the wider public.

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of the Data Protection Act 2018, UK GDPR, Freedom of Information Act 2000 and the Public Records Act 1958.
• Experience working with Excel.
• Experience working with PDF.

Responsibilities

• Ensure departments comply with the Data Protection Act 2018, UK GDPR, FOIA 2000 and the Public Records Act 1958.
• Help people understand how their data is used, meeting legal requirements and the expectations of the wider public.
• Work with digital teams to ensure the development of new technologies and services are legally compliant.
