Job summary

Watergate Primary Care Network is seeking a Data & Project Support professional for an 18-month fixed-term post. The role focuses on collecting, validating and reporting performance data, and coordinating service improvement projects across EMIS and other clinical systems.

You will build expertise in data searches, extract and analyse information, produce dashboards and monitor KPIs to support population health initiatives and health inequality projects.

Qualifications

• Degree-level education or equivalent qualification.
• Evidence of continuing professional development.

Responsibilities

• Collect, validate and maintain performance data from multiple systems.
• Identify patient cohorts for population health projects and ensure correct coding.
• Build expertise in data searches, extraction and information management across EMIS and other systems.
• Produce routine performance reports, dashboards and activity summaries.
• Analyse trends and provide information to support service planning and improvement.
• Identify data quality issues and escalate concerns appropriately.
• Maintain records and reporting databases.
• Provide administrative support for service improvement projects and governance documentos.
