Who We Are

Eastlight Community Homes is proud to be the largest community gateway social housing provider in the country. Together with our residents and communities, we create safe, affordable homes and neighbourhoods that people are proud to live in.

The Role

We're looking for an experienced Data Project Manager to join Eastlight Community Homes for 24 months and lead the delivery of our Data Programme and associated data, analytics and business intelligence projects. This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in transforming how data is managed, governed and used across the organisation, helping to improve decision-making, drive service improvement and deliver better outcomes for customers.

Working closely with the Head of Data, senior stakeholders, suppliers and technical teams, you'll be responsible for planning, coordinating and delivering projects that enhance data quality, reporting, governance and insight capabilities. You'll help ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and achieve the intended business benefits, while supporting the organisation's wider strategic objectives.

As a key member of the Business Growth, Data and Change team, you'll bring together colleagues from across the business, managing competing priorities and ensuring effective governance, stakeholder engagement and change management throughout the project lifecycle.

What you’ll be doing

  • Leading the successful delivery of data, analytics, reporting and business intelligence projects.
  • Developing and maintaining project plans, schedules and delivery roadmaps.
  • Managing project governance, reporting, risks, issues and dependencies.
  • Coordinating internal teams, suppliers and implementation partners to deliver successful outcomes.
  • Managing stakeholder engagement, workshops and business requirements gathering activities.
  • Supporting organisational change by ensuring colleagues are prepared for new processes, systems and ways of working.
  • Monitoring project budgets, delivery performance and benefits realisation.
  • Helping to embed a data-driven culture and supporting the delivery of the organisation's Data Strategy.

What we’re looking for

  • Experience delivering data, analytics, business intelligence or technology projects.
  • Strong project governance, risk, issue and budget management skills.
  • Experience managing suppliers and external delivery partners.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication and influencing skills.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Fabric, Power BI or modern data platform technologies.
  • Experience supporting organisational change and business transformation initiatives.
  • Experience within social housing or another regulated environment.

If you're passionate about delivering meaningful change, enabling better use of data and helping organisations realise the value of their technology investments, we'd love to hear from you.
