Eastlight Community Homes is seeking a Procurement Manager to join our team on a 6-month fixed-term contract/secondment.

You will lead end-to-end procurement within the function, manage tendering and contracts, and provide expert advice to stakeholders to deliver value-for-money and compliant procurement services.

This hybrid role covers travel to our locations in Braintree and Marks Tey, with a 37-hour week and £60,528 annual salary.

The Role

We’re looking for a Procurement Manager to join us on a 6-month fixed-term contract/secondment.

You’ll lead on end-to-end activities within the procurement function, ensuring the delivery of compliant, value-for-money procurement services that support organisational objectives. Working closely with stakeholders across the business, you’ll manage tendering and contract activities, provide expert procurement advice, and help drive the implementation of Eastlight’s Procurement Strategy.

Benefits and Compensation

• £60,528 per annum
• 37 hours per week, 6-month fixed term contract/secondment
• Group stakeholder pension plan (Eastlight will double, up to 5% of the employee’s contribution - Employee 5% + Eastlight 10% = Total 15%)
