Job summary

Eastlight Community Homes is seeking an experienced Data Project Manager for a 24‑month fixed term. You will lead the Data Programme, oversee data governance, quality and insight projects, and collaborate with the Head of Data and senior stakeholders to deliver tangible business benefits.

You will coordinate internal teams, suppliers and partners, manage budgets, and drive change across the organisation, ensuring on‑time delivery and value from data initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering data, analytics, BI or tech projects.
• Strong governance, risk, issue and budget management.
• Experience managing suppliers and external delivery partners.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication and influencing skills.
• Experience with data platforms and modern data tech.

Responsibilities

• Lead the successful delivery of data, analytics, reporting and BI projects.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules and delivery roadmaps.
• Governance, reporting, risks, issues and dependencies management.
• Coordinate internal teams, suppliers and partners to deliver outcomes.
• Engage stakeholders, run workshops and gather business requirements.
• Support change by preparing colleagues for new processes and systems.
• Monitor budgets, delivery performance and benefits realisation.
• Embed a data-driven culture and support the Data Strategy delivery.
