Job summary

Great Ormond Street Hospital Charity is seeking a Process Analyst to untangle complex data systems and connect the dots across departments. This hands-on, data-focused role maps how information is captured, transformed and used, identifies breakdowns, and helps create clearer rules and sustainable working methods.

You will work with technical and non-technical colleagues to translate requirements into practical solutions, with a hybrid 2-days-per-week in-office pattern and a 12-month fixed-term

Qualifications

• Experience as a Business Analyst or Process Analyst handling complex systems and data.
• Strong ability to map end-to-end business processes and data flows.
• Experience across CRM, data warehouse and marketing automation platforms.

Responsibilities

• Build an end-to-end view of our data landscape across systems and processes.
• Map data flows and business processes across Salesforce, Snowflake, Marketing Cloud and other connected systems.
• Identify data quality issues and points of failure; establish data governance and clear rules.
